The Master Customs Specialist (MCS) Certification designates its holders as possessing advanced knowledge and skills in U.S. Customs and its partner government agencies.

Continuing education is key to the mission of the 新利体育app 教育al Institute (NEI). Once an individual has earned one of our four professional designations (CCS, MCS, 消费电子产品展, 或市场经济地位), they must earn a specified number of continuing education credits each year in order to be eligible for recertification. Designees must both earn their continuing education credits and pay a renewal fee to maintain their designation annually.
